The GVFPOA Board of Directors regular monthly meetings are suspended during the summer months of June, July, and August. However, any homeowner who needs to get in touch with a Director and/or our contact at Stellar Property Management, may certainly do so. To contact a director or Stellar email addresses are below. Ruth, and her husband George, moved to Green Valley full time in 2020 after being snowbirds since 2008. She operated a plant nursery in Illinois for 16 years, served on various committees in Illinois and Indiana and is now a director of Median Green, part of the Green Valley Council Foundation. She worked with the Green Valley Gardeners on their 40 th anniversary project to plant the medians on Abrego from Esperanza to Continental. She loves plants and the challenge of learning about this
new environment.

From Anchorage, Alaska, have a degree in Education and Aviation Science from the University of Alaska. Retired from Alaska Housing Finance Corp. where I worked in Risk Management and Property Management. Have a current real estate license in the State of Alaska. Married to Karla have 3 sons and one daughter with 6 grandchildren. that are split between the East Coast and Alaska. Play a little golf and love to travel in my motorhome.

Ramona retired from Washington State. She was a hospital worker in ICU and cardiology for 34 years and then found her paradise here in Green Valley. She loves to cook, and pet dogs, Chuck and Sally, love the neighborhood and yard. To help keep busy she arranges estate sales.

I'm from Wisconsin, but relocated to Arizona in the 1980's where I was the Product Manager for a consumer manufacturing company, then later became the Director of Advertising for that company. My second career is in real estate. I was licensed in Arizona in 2005 and was the Broker and part owner of a brokerage with offices in two towns northwest of Phoenix. I have experience working with attorneys developing legal documents, and was previously a board member of an Arizona water company.
